About Dr. Angela Wilkos
You don't have to keep doing this alone.

I've built my practice around what I wish I'd had.
Before I was a psychologist, I was someone who knew how to push through. I understand what it’s like to hold everything together on the outside while feeling depleted underneath — which is exactly why this is the work I do now.
I work exclusively with high-achieving women — lawyers, executives, healthcare professionals, and other women in demanding careers — who are ready to stop white-knuckling their way through burnout and actually change the pattern underneath it. My approach combines somatic work with evidence-based methods like CBT and mindfulness, because lasting change happens in the body as much as the mind.
This isn’t about learning to cope better with an unsustainable pace. It’s about understanding why the pattern exists, and building something different from the inside out.
Over the last 20 years, I’ve worked across the full range of what psychology can address. Today, my practice is intentionally focused on high-achieving women navigating burnout, anxiety, and the toxic cycles that come from years of holding everything together — it’s where I do my deepest, most specialized work. I do occasionally work outside that focus for the right fit, but this is where my practice lives, and where I can offer you the most.
